Cancellation Policy – Trailer Deals

At Trailer Deals, we strive to offer our customers flexible and transparent service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order placed through Trailer Deals.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled at no cost if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at contact@trailerdeals.co.za or WhatsApp at +27 71 437 8553.

  • After Dispatch:
    If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy once the product is delivered.

2. Custom or Special Orders

Orders for custom-built trailers, containers, or modified products are not eligible for cancellation after confirmation and payment. These products are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If your order qualifies for cancellation:

  • We will process a full refund within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

4. Order Cancellation by Trailer Deals

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Incorrect pricing or product listing errors

  • Unavailable stock or supply issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

5. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Full Name

  • The Product(s) you wish to cancel

  • The Reason for Cancellation
